The requirements for sustainability reporting are constantly changing. The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), revised European Standards (ESRS), the EU Taxonomy, omnibus packages and postponed deadlines are forcing many companies to reassess their reporting obligations and course of action. Orientation & Materiality Analysis

We clarify relevant regulatory requirements, exemption options and system boundaries, and gather key information for the dual materiality analysis. As part of this process, we identify and assess material sustainability issues, as well as impacts, risks and opportunities along the value chain in accordance with the CSRD/ ESRS.

Reporting Content, ESG KPIs & Gap Analysis

Based on the materiality analysis, we identify relevant ESRS disclosure requirements, qualitative reporting content and ESG metrics. We check these against the current status, identify gaps in topics, data points and supporting evidence, and develop a prioritised work plan for implementation.

EU-Taxonomy & Sustainable Finance

We provide support in assessing and applying the EU Taxonomy as a classification system for environmentally sustainable economic activities, and integrate the taxonomy data into your CSR reporting.

Sustainability Declaration & Quality Assurance

We facilitate data collection, the retrieval of necessary information and supporting documentation, and the structured organisation of the content. Readiness checks and quality assurance help to verify compliance with the relevant ESRS requirements.

CSR Management System, Software &
Audit Process

We assist with selecting the right ESG/CSR software, setting up a CSR management system and coordinating external service providers. We also support the audit process carried out by the audit firm.

  • VSME-Standard

    If your company is no longer directly affected by the CSRD, the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs may be a pragmatic way to remain aligned and meet external requirements for sustainability data. Here, too, we can provide you with support.

  • Supplier Ratings

    More and more large companies are making it a prerequisite for supplier relationships that suppliers complete specific ratings, such as Ecovadis or NQC concerning their sustainability performance. Sustainability ratings provide institutional investors and customers with a basis for decision-making and help companies internally to review their sustainability activities in a targeted manner, supplement them where necessary, and compare them with those of their peers.
